- In the “scale” stage of development, NY startups raise 27 percent more capital than their Silicon Valley peers
- NY has the largest scale of high-risk startup companies
- Entrepreneurs in NY are 30 percent more likely to produce a niche product than in London
- NY ranks high in mentorship programs
- Female founders are more prevalent in NY (double than in Silicon Valley)
