Many of us watched Felix Baumgartner break the sound barrier this past weekend as he completed his freefall from the edge of space. To put it into perspective, the height of Mount Everest is 29,029 ft, and the typical cruising altitude of a Boeing 737 is 35,000 ft. Felix jumped from 128,100 ft.
